Hey, I’m Cassie—the mastermind behind Lethal Rig, and your no-BS guide to unleashing the strongest, most unapologetic version of yourself. 🖤


I’ve been where you are—standing on the edge, ready to dive into the fitness world, but battling emotions, self-doubt, and the chaos of life. Trust me, I know that rollercoaster because I’ve ridden it too. But here’s the thing: I came out stronger—mentally, physically, and emotionally. And now, I’m here to help you do the same.


My Journey:
Six months after having my second child, I hit rock bottom. At over 100 kilos, I had given everything to my kids, work, and life’s endless demands—but nothing to myself. Sound familiar? I decided to fight back, and fitness became my rebellion. It wasn’t just about losing weight; it was about finding myself again.

In just one year, I shed 54 kilos. But I didn’t stop there. I wanted strength, power, and control over my body and mind. Over the next two years, I threw myself into weight training, gaining 20 kilos and sculpting the body I have today.

But my journey isn’t just about what I’ve achieved physically—it’s about the mental strength I’ve built along the way. Fitness saved me, and now it’s my mission to help you find that same power within yourself.


What I Do:
I’m not your typical coach. I don’t sugarcoat things, and I’m not here to sell you a quick fix. I’m here for the misfits, the rebels, the ones who feel like they don’t fit into the cookie-cutter world of fitness. My mission is to help you break through your limits—not just physically, but mentally—so you can dominate in every aspect of life.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, or completely transform your mindset, I’ll be by your side every step of the way. No judgment. Just real talk, actionable plans, and unwavering support.
